Petitioner did not file the detail cause title, as a consequence the C.M.P. could not be taken up for admission. It is alleged by the learned counsel for Petitioner that in spite of repeated information, neither the party nor the conducting counsel is providing the detail cause title. This Petition is filed in the year 2020 with defect. In the meantime almost two years have already passed. For the Petitioner not showing any interest, this Court declines to entertain the C.M.P. at this stage, which is, hereby, dropped. It is, however, directed that if the Petitioner wants to re-approach by filing appropriate C.M.P. for consideration, he may do so. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the Petitioner by keeping a true attested Xerox copy thereof.
