The two Petitioners are the daughters/L.Rs. of Late P. Satyanarayan Prasad Rao, who is the sole proprietor of M/s. Kabita Enterprises, which had availed a cash credit facility to the tune of Rs.6,32,000/- from State Bank of India, Khaspa Street Branch, Berhampur in the year 2015. Due to financial indiscipline, the loan account was declared as NPA on 28th December, 2016. 3.

By filing the present writ petition, challenge has been laid to a demand notice dated 30th January, 2019 issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 (for short, 'the Act, 2002') recalling the outstanding liability of Rs.6,32,000/-; as also notice under Section 13(4) of the Act, 2002 assuming symbolic possession on 8th April, 2019.

At the time of hearing, counsel for the Petitioners, due to lack of proper instruction, prays for disposing of the petition as not pressed.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
