This writ petition has been filed for a direction for early disposal of RP Case No.255 of 2020 pending before Joint Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Odisha, Cuttack. 4.

On perusal of record, it appears that the matter has not yet been taken up for consideration of issuance of notice to the opposite parties.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner files a memorandum within a period of two weeks hence along with certified copy of this order before Joint Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Odisha, Cuttack for consideration of the aforesaid RP Case No.255 of 2020 for issuance of notice to the opposite parties, he shall do well to accept the same and make an endeavour for consideration of

// 2 // issuance of notice to Opposite Parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing such memorandum, if the matter is otherwise ready and there is no legal impediment. Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
