Recording the statement of Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for Petitioner that written statement has already been filed in the suit vide C.S. No.365 of 2019 and Petitioners are suffering for the rejection of application for injunction, this Court finds, there is justification for early disposal of the suit. This Court, therefore, in disposal of the C.M.P. directs the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Jajpur to make all endeavor to dispose of the suit vide C.S. No.365 of 2019 within a period of nine months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Since the attempt for early disposal of the suit is made at the instance of the Plaintiffs, the Plaintiffs are restrained from bringing any further miscellaneous / interlocutory application during final disposal of the suit.
