4. In view of the order dated 6th July, 2022 of this Court in STREV No.25 of 2013 (M/s. Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd. v. State of Odisha), the questions urged in the present petition by the State stand answered against the State.

5. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to admit the present revision petition and frame the question as urged.

6. The STREV is, accordingly, dismissed.
