Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits that this is the second contempt proceeding for willful flouting of Order dated 11.08.2021, passed in WP(C) No.14410 of 2020 and Order dated 29.04.2022, passed in CONTC No.1929 of 2022.

Mr. Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of all the Contemnors and prays for two weeks time to take instruction and file Compliance Affidavit.

Prayer for time is allowed.

As prayed for, two extra copies of the contempt petition be served on Mr.G.N.Rout, learned ASC by Monday (13.02.2023). 6.

Compliance Affidavit be filed by 24th February, 2023 after serving copy of the same on learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 7.
