This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.04.2022 and also for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per the said order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since after passing of the order, petitioners nos. 3 and 4, namely, Sangit Sandhya Patel and Sangit Samrajya Patel @ Sangeet Kumar Patel were not

// 2 // charge sheeted, there was no need to comply with the order dated 19.04.2022.

However, so far as petitioner no. 1 Ratnakar Patel and petitioner no.2 Mamata Gochayat are concerned, they may be permitted to surrender before the learned Court below to comply with the order dated 19.04.2022 and the date of surrender may be extended.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and taking into account the grounds taken in the interim application, I am inclined to extend the surrender date of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 till 11.11.2022. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioner nos. 1 and 2.

The rest part of the order dated 19.04.2022 remains unaltered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the cause title, the name of the village of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 has been inadvertently mentioned as 'Rasalpur' instead of 'Rasulpur'. In view of such submission, in the cause title, the name of the village of petitioner no. 1 Ratnakar Patel and petitioner no.2 Mamata Gochayat shall be

// 3 // read as 'Rasulpur' instead of 'Rasalpur'.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
