This writ petition involves the following prayer: Order No.
"It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:- Issue Rule Nisi calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to:- i) why the impugned order dated 27/01/2021 under Annexure-1 passed by the Opp. Party No.3 shall not be set aside and further be directed to consider inclusion of the Plot No.404/742 and then pass a fresh order in respect of the suit land directing correction ROR in respect of both the plots instead;
ii) If the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the rule be made absolute and a specific direction shall not be issued to the Opp. Parties to restore the suit land in favour of the petitioners;
iii) And/or pass any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper for the ends of justice.
And for this act of kindness, the petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray."
