This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:

"It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue show cause notice to the Opposite Parties and after hearing may direct the Opposite Parties to absorb the Petitioner in the regular establishment for the interest of justice. And further prays to pass any other order/orders as deemed fit and proper."

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has filed a detailed representation highlighting his grievance before the Regional Manager, Canara Bank, Bhubaneswar on 15.07.2021 under Annexure-3. He further submits that no action has been taken on the representation of the Petitioner as of now. 5.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the learned

// 2 // counsel for the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-3 within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party no.2 shall do well to consider the representation of the Petitioner strictly in accordance with law and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. Till a decision is taken on the representation of the Petitioner, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
