2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. It is alleged that the Petitioner being associated with the uncle of the victim forcibly committed sexual intercourse on her. As is evident from the rejection order passed by the learned court below the victim has fully supported the F.I.R. allegation in her statements recorded under Sections 161 and

// 2 // 164 of the Cr.P.C. The medical examination report also supports the allegations.

4. Having regard to the severity of the offences and the materials available in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected. (Sashikanta Mishra) AKB Judge
