1. Counsel for the Petitioner states that she will first apply to the Government for interchangeability of MGQ of IMFL in place of beer and after following up on such application to seek appropriate remedy as available to her in accordance with law. If such application is made not later than 5th December, 2022, the decision thereon by the Government will be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 6th February, 2023. It is needless to say that if the Petitioner is aggrieved by such decision, it will be open to her to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
