This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This is an application for correction of typographical error crept in order dated 30th March, 2022, by which W.P.(C) No.7309 of 2022 was dismissed.

Mr. Devesh, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in paragraph-2 of order dated 30th March, 2022, Mutation Case No.3206 of 2021 has been wrongly typed out as Mutation Case No.3266 of 2021 for which Petitioner is unable to proceed with the matter.

Perusal of order sheet as well as record, it reveals that there is inadvertent typographical error in Mutation Case number. So, necessary correction be carried out in order dated 30th March, 2022.

The IA is disposed of accordingly.

On production of certified copy of the order dated 30th March, 2022, necessary correction may also be carried out. Order dated 30th March, 2022 is modified to the above extent only. Rest part of the said order remains unaltered. Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
