On a claim for clearing of unauthorised encroachment, it appears, the Petitioners have moved to the Tahasildar, Tangi, O.P.4, vide Annexure-2. In the circumstance, the present Writ Petition is not entertainable. However, for pendency of the claim for clearing the unauthorised encroachment, vide Annexure-2, the Tahasildar shall do well in exercising his jurisdiction under the OPLE Act and taking decision as appropriate on Annexure-2 but however initiating appropriate proceeding involving O.Ps.5 to 17 likely to be affected. 2.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
