1. In first two writ petitions, the counter affidavit of the Opposite Parties has enclosed the award register which shows the cheque number, date and amount. It is asserted that these cheques have in fact been enchased by the Petitioners.
2. As far as the third writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) No.8343 of 2020 is concerned, it is stated that the cheque is ready for being disbursed, but nobody has come forward to collect it yet.
3. It is directed that as and when the Petitioner approaches the Special Land Acquisition Officer, said cheque will be handed over
without delay. No further directions are called for. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
