This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.04.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint case has been referred to the concerned police station under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. and therefore, the petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail by modifying the order dated 19.04.2022.

Considering 兟the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, I am not inclined to modify the order dated 19.04.2022. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
