This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner in the above noted disposed of writ petition seeking modification/clarification of judgment dated 23.12.2022. 3.
While hearing the interim application, this Court had asked the learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the StateOpposite Parties to obtain instruction in the matter with regard to order dated 28.02.2023 passed by the Commandant, Home Guards & Fire Service, Cuttack. Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on
instruction vide letter dated 09.01.2024, submitted before this Court that the order dated 28.02.2023 has been recalled in the meantime. 4.
In such view of the matter, the I.A. has become infructuous and, accordingly, the same is disposed of.
