This is an application for restoration of BLAPL No.2697 of 2021 which was dismissed for default on 24.02.2022. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 05.07.2022 stating that the counsel for the petitioner was appearing through video conferencing on 24.02.2022 but due to some poor connection, the counsel for the petitioner was disconnected and was not able to conduct the case.

Considering the said grounds, the order dated 24.02.2022 passed in BLAPL No. 2697 of 2021 is recalled and BLAPL No. 2697 of 2021 is restored to file.

The CRLMA is accordingly allowed.
