Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Parjanga P.S. Case No. 85 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.86 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Parjanga for the commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 294, 323, 324, 307, 354-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that it is a case and counter case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the State
// 2 // that two persons were sent for medical examination on police requisition and one Manguli Biswal was found to have sustained simple injuries and though injury was found on the person of Sanjulata Biswal, but the nature of injury has not been mentioned therein, the fact that the petitioners have been granted interim protection since 24.03.2021 and there is no material that they have misutilized their liberty, the interim order dated 24.03.2021 is made absolute.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
