This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction for early disposal of O.S.S. Case No.727 of 2018 stated to be pending before the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack -Opposite Party No.1.

In course of hearing, it is pointed out that the Opposite parties have not been properly described in the cause title of the writ petition.

In that view of the matter, Ms. Mallick, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one by describing the Opposite Parties properly.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
