Perused the record. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the advertisement issued by the Tahasildar, Nabarangpur dated 16.03.2017 under Annexure-1 and further to issue direction to opposite party no.2 to allot a shop room in the name of the petitioner and not to evict him from the premises, where the petitioner is running his betel shop. By efflux of time, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4.
