This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:

"It is, therefore, prayed that in the premises stated above this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this case, issue notice to the Opposite Parties and after hearing all the parties to this writ petition , may issue any mandamus, direction/directions, order/orders for conduct of the fresh examination regarding appointment of CRP, Bank Mitra and Master Book Keeper in Mustafapur G.P. under Dhamnagar Block of Bhadrak district.

And may further be pleased to pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has filed a detailed representation highlighting her grievance before the Collector, Bhadrak on 18.10.2021 under

// 2 // Annexue-3 series. He further submits that no action has been taken on the representation of the Petitioner as of now. 5.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Collector, Bhadrak, Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time strictly in accordance with law.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-3 series within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party no.2 shall do well to consider the representation of the Petitioner strictly in accordance with law and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
