This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. This Court by an order passed on 30.06.2016 in the present CRLMC had directed the petitioner to file the certified copy of entire order-sheet of G.R. Case No. 78(A) of 2011 of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kamakshyanagar but the said order is yet to be complied with and in the meantime, six years have already elapsed. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. The interim order passed earlier also stands vacated.

In the result, the CRLMC is dismissed.
