Mr. Bose, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, there has been willful and deliberate violation of direction in order dated 29th January, 2021. He draws attention to the compliance report statement filed on behalf of alleged contemner and submits with reference to earlier order passed, this Court had found that requisites made by the bank, regarding his client wanting to withdraw proceeds with regard to Special Term Deposit Receipts (STDRs) .but, the bank, without reason, is not allowing it. He submits, by the compliance report statement, dispute has been raised on identity of his client, when prior thereto the bank provided duplicate STDRs to his client.

Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner.

It appears, a dispute has been raised. This cannot be decided in contempt jurisdiction. In event applicant is aggrieved by statements made in the compliance report, applicant must find his remedy.
