THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE K.R. MOHAPATRA Order No.
ORDER
08.07.2022 I.A. No.316 of 2020 & RVWPET No. 162 of 2020 02.
1. There is a delay of 203 days in filing this review petition. The explanation offered in the application for such delay is wholly unsatisfactory. It cites purely the administrative grounds. The Supreme Court has in the recent past in a series of judgments including Office of the Chief Post Master General v. Living Media India Ltd. (2012) 3 SCC 563 and State of Madhya Pradesh v. Bherulal (2020) 10 SCC 654 pointed out that the delay for administrative or bureaucratic reasons should not be condoned.
2. Consequently, the application for condonation of delay is dismissed. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (K.R. Mohapatra) Judge S. Behera
