1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Prayer for modification has been made on the ground that Condition No.1 of order dated 9th September, 2022 is unable to be implemented since the postal authority did not allow opening of an account in the name of a minor child. It is therefore, prayed that the account may be directed to be opened in the name of the mother of the child.

4. Having regard to the submissions as above, prayer for modification is allowed. The order dated 9th September, 2022 is modified only to the extent that the deposit of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) shall be made as directed in the name of the mother of the child (who is the victim in the present case). All other conditions remain intact. The Court below is directed to ensure that the account is opened in the Post Office without any further delay.
5. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
