Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that till date no F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner. In view of such submission, since no first information report has yet been registered, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application. The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy the moment the F.I.R. is lodged.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.

The interim order dated 15.04.2021 stands vacated. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
