Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Purusottampur P.S. Case No.43 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.41 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Purusottampur for alleged commission of offences under sections 341, 294, 323, 324, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that the injured Nilachala Barik has sustained simple injuries and there are no criminal antecedents against any of the petitioners.

// 2 // Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the offences are triable by Magistrate and the fact that the petitioners have been granted interim protection since 24.03.2021 and there is no material that they have misutilized their liberty, the interim order dated 24.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
