This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. R. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.P. Ray, learned counsel representing the E.S.I. Corporation.

During course of hearing, Mr. Acharya wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate authority under Section 75 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner. 4.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the above liberty. It is made clear that in the event, such a motion is made before the appropriate authority; the said authority is directed to proceed with the same in accordance with law.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
