This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Derabish P.S. Case No.164 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 307/34 IPC has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.

The Petitioner had approached this Court earlier vide ABLAPL No.9459 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 10.11.2021 while rejecting the prayer for pre-arrest bail, had given liberty to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a motion for bail.

It appears that the Petitioner, without surrendering before the court below, has again approached this Court by

// 2 // filing the instant bail application. This is nothing, but to kill the judicial time.

5. Hence, I see no reason to review the aforesaid order.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner stands rejected.
