The present contempt petition has been filed with the averment that the order dated 9th December, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.14526 of 2019 has not been complied with. 3.

At the time of hearing, it is conceded that the State Government has moved in SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide SLP(C) No.5172 of 2021, wherein stay of the operation of the order dated 9th December, 2020 passed by this Court has been granted. Thus, it is conceded that at this stage, nothing survives in the aforesaid contempt petition. 4.

According, this CONTC is disposed of as infructuous. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
