This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Manamunda P.S. Case No.171 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.296 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal for alleged commission of offences under sections 341, 294, 326, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that the injured Mishra Bandaki has sustained simple injury.

// 2 // Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the ingredients of the offences under sections 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code are not attracted, the interim order dated 24.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
