This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Nabarangpur P.S. Case No.85 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.202 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nabarangpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 420, 465, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute between the parties is basically civil in nature and the petitioner has got the compensation amount as per the order

// 2 // passed by this Court in a Writ Petition and a civil suit is pending between the parties and that the offences are triable by Magistrate, the interim order dated 24.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
