This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The Petitioner has filed the aforesaid writ application with the following prayer:
"Under the above facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, to issue notice to the Opposite Parties and after hearing to direct the Opposite Parties for quick disposal of the Annexure-12 as per order dated 12.09.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.8606 of 2019 by this Hon'ble Court and to communicate the result of his representation.
And to pass any other order(s) or direction(s) be deemed fit and proper."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating his grievance the Petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the Opposite Party no.2 on 30.09.2019 under Annexure-12. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said
// 2 // representation is pending without consideration as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that if a direction is issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time, his grievance will be redressed.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.2, which is stated to be pending with Opposite Party No.2 in accordance with law.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-12 by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner, shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
