1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. In spite of service of notice on the Opposite Party, no one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party. Hence the same is treated as sufficient.

3. The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is that he is a bona fide consumer under the opposite party having consumer No.05323013 of contract demand 1 KW under GPS category. The service connection earlier was in the name of V. Subash Naidu and after purchasing the premises from him, the same was transferred to the name of the Petitioner.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that no amount was due to the L.I point but the same was disconnected after erroneously raising the bill.

5. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the opposite party to revise the bill of the Petitioner and if he has deposited the actual amount of consumption then the power supply which has been restored pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 13.04.2022, the same shall not be disconnected provided the Petitioner goes on paying the energy consumption bill raised from time to time.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
