Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Malkangiri P.S. Case No.465 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.919 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Malkangiri for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 417/376/323/306 of IPC.

Considering the severity of the allegation, the manner of commission of the alleged offence and the availability of materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
