Heard Mr. Pandit, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.
According to Mr. Pandit, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 23.02.2022 passed by the Sub-Collector, Balasore (opposite party No.3) under Annexure-2 series by which, his Fair Price Shop Dealership License has been cancelled.

Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that this being an appealable order as per Clause-19 of the Odisha Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, the petitioner should have approached the appellate authority instead of rushing to this Court by filing the writ petition.

In such background, Mr. Pandit wants to withdraw this
