This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Bansada P.S. Case No.67 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.140 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandbali for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/323/294/354/354-A/354-B/307/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the State that the informant has sustained simple injury and taking into account the nature of

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
