This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 407 of the Cr.P.C. for transfer of CRP No. 89 of 2019 for maintenance of the petitioner and CRP No. 31 of 2021 for maintenance of their daughter pending in the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and the D.V. Misc. Case No. 193 of 2019 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar along with G.R. Case No. 0036 of 2019 from Bhubaneswar to Cuttack.

Mr. Sushant Sekhar Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed with the TRP(C) and files a memo to withdraw the same. The said memo be kept on record.

In view of the submission and memo filed, the TRPCRL is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. .........................
