This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Chandbali P.S. Case No.242 of 2020 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No.115 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Special Court, Bhadrak for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/354D/376(2)(n)/294/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 6 of the POCSO Act and sections 66E/67/67A/67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Perused the F.I.R.

After going through the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim placed by the learned counsel for the State in

// 2 // which nothing finds place against the petitioner, who is the mother of the main accused and keeping in view the proviso to section 437(1) Cr.P.C., the interim order dated 24.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
