This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of the CP.C. for transfer of C.P. No.206 of 2019 filed by the opp. party-husband under Section 13 (1) (i-a) (i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar, to the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Udala. 3.

Mr. S.P.Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo in Court today for withdrawal of this transfer petition and states that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case as the matter has been settled between the parties during pendency of the same. The memo be kept on record.

The TRP (C) is accordingly dismissed, as withdrawn. 5.
