In view of the submission of learned Counsel for the State that in the case charge-sheet has been submitted as false; learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application, seeking liberty for the Petitioners to approach this Court afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
