This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Ranpur P.S. Case No.52 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 66 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 419/420/ 468/471/120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 9 of the Orissa Conduct of Examination Act. Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

// 2 // counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the Secretary of the Managing Committee of Panchanan High School of village-Talakani under Ranpur police station in the district of Nayagarh and the offences alleged are triable by Magistrate and after hearing the learned counsel for the State and considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, the interim order dated 05.05.2020 is made absolute. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
