This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Gobindpur P.S. Case No.04 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.80 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (Rural), Cuttack for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/294/323/354-B/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners and the

// 2 // informant are related to each other and there is existence of civil dispute between the parties and it is a case and counter case and the offences are triable by Magistrate and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, the interim order dated 24.03.2021 is made absolute. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
