This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:

"The Petitioner, therefore prays that Your Lordship may be pleased to consider the fact stated above and admit the Writ Application and after hearing the parties, necessary direction may be issued to Opposite Parties to verify the life certificate of the Petitioner and thereafter her pension may be disbursed in pension payment bank account and further prayer to transfer the pension account from Baripada to Jajpur Road State Bank of India and arrear dues may be sanctioned and disbursed within the stipulated period. And may other order or orders may be passed as the Hon'ble Court would deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, College Road, Baripada, Opposite Party No.5

// 2 // ventilating her grievance on 17.02.2022 under Annexure-5. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending consideration as of now. Learned counsel for the Petitioner also submits that a suitable direction may be issued to the Opposite Party No.5 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Learned Additional Government Advocate on the other hand submits that he has no objection if a direction is issued to the Opposite Party No.5 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-5 within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner the present writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to Opposite party No.5 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.5 is also directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
