This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 25th March, 2022 by directing the Additional Sub-Collector/SubDivisional Magistrate, Berhampur-Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of Mutation Appeal No.08 of 2020 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month.

On perusal of the record, it appears that the writ petition was disposed of on 25th March, 2022 directing the Additional Sub-Collector/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Berhampur-Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of Mutation Appeal No.08 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of the said order. It appears that six months as granted by this Court have not yet been elapsed. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the I.A.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
