This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Satyabadi P.S. Case No.65 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.546 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/294/323/325/307/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that he has not yet received any instruction in the matter. The case was filed on 08.03.2021 and listed on 24.03.2021, on which date the interim protection order

// 2 // was passed and the learned counsel for the State was asked to obtain the case diary.

Since the learned counsel for the State has not yet obtained any instruction, the interim order dated 24.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
