This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 26.04.2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's name has been mentioned as 'Subash Chandra Meher' and his village name has been mentioned as 'Chicheguda' in the charge sheet, but in the cause title of the bail application, the same has been mentioned as 'Subash Meher' and his village name has been mentioned as 'Naktiguda' and for that reason, the Presiding Officer did not accept the surrender memo of the petitioner

// 2 // and therefore, the order may be modified so that the petitioner can surrender in the Court below and move for bail in terms of the order dated 26.04.2022. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the averments made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, in the cause title, the name of the petitioner mentioned in the cause title as 'Subash Meher' be read as 'Subash Chandra Meher' and his village name be read as 'Chicheguda' instead of 'Naktiguda'. The date of surrender of the petitioner is extended till 31st May 2022.

With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 26.04.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
