Bhubani Sahu v. State Of Odisha
IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
WP(C) NO.7433 OF 2022 Bhubani Sahu ....
Petitioner Mr.A.C.Behera, Adv.
-versusState of Odisha & ors.
....
Opposite Parties Mr.S.Ghosh, AGA
CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
22.6.2022 Order No.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
First of all, the Writ Petition is filed without certified copy of the impugned order passed in the year 2008. Even after filing of the case on 21.3.2022, there was no filing of certified copy of the impugned order. Further it appears, the case was taken up for this purpose on 20.4.2022 when the Petitioner was granted time to come up with certified copy of the impugned order and the matter was adjourned on some account. This Court finds, there was no sincere effort by the Petitioner. No Writ Petition should have been filed even in absence of certified copy of the impugned order. 3.
The Writ Petition, is therefore, not entertainable on technical ground and permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner
// 2 // to file a fresh Writ Petition, if any contingency arises but along with the certified copy of the impugned order.
