This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
The Petitioner having been implicated in Kendrapara Town P.S. Case No.222 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1760 of 2019 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara running for the alleged commission of offence under section 394 of the IPC, has filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record, finding no change in circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order passed on 5th May, 2020 stands vacated. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
