2. Heard Mr. B.P. Satapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to direct the opposite parties to grant No Objection Certificate for General Nursing and Midwifery course in Annexure-1.
4. Since the period of G.N.M. course is of the year, 2009, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
